Shoals Exteriors

About Shoals Exteriors

Shoals Exteriors is listed as a general contractor and custom home builder in Florence whose services include roofing and general contracting. A builder-led listing is a different animal from a roofing company: the roofing work here likely runs through new construction and major remodeling projects rather than stand-alone repair calls.

The public record is the thinnest in this directory: a single Google review at 2 stars, no website, no listed hours, and no stated years in business. A 2-star rating from one reviewer is statistically meaningless, but it is also the only public signal available, so any hiring decision would rest entirely on what you can verify directly — references, license, and insurance.

For a homeowner comparing Shoals Exteriors against dedicated roofers, the practical difference is scope. If the project is a custom build or a large renovation that happens to need a roof, this listing fits. If the need is a leak repair or reroof on an existing home, a roofing-focused company with a review history will be easier to vet.

Services & Specialties

Know Before You Call

• ✓This is a general contractor and custom home builder, not a dedicated roofing company — best suited to projects where roofing is part of larger construction work.
• ✓The only public review rates the company 2 stars; one review proves little, but there is no other public record to lean on.
• ✓No website, portfolio, or published hours exist, so all vetting has to happen by phone and in person.
• ✓Ask for contractor license details, insurance certificates, and recent project references before signing anything.
• ✓Based in Florence serving Lauderdale County communities; confirm whether the company takes small stand-alone roof repairs at all.
